E&J Gallo and its French wine suppliers are being sued in Los Angeles for allegedly peddling millions of cases of fake pinot noir under the Red Bicyclette label. On Feb. 25, the Encino-based Kingsley & Kingsley law firm sued Gallo, French grower cooperative Sieur d ‘Arques and broker Ducasse Company, alleging unfair competition, false advertising and fraud in connection with the scandal.
