Innovator transformed wine industry

(ChicagoTribune) - Baron Philippe de Rothschild was a wealthy French aristocrat who fundamentally changed how wine is made and marketed around the world. Although he died in 1988 at the age of 85, his innovations and ideas continue to reverberate across the wine industry, from wineries to corporate board rooms to wine shop shelves.
