(Just-Drinks) - The Vintner Group has bought Atlanta wine distributor Prestige Wine Wholesale for an undisclosed sum. The deal, which closed on 31 December, will give the Virginia-based group its first distribution hub in Georgia, a company spokesperson told just-drinks today (4 January). Prestige owners Jon George and Jim Sculley will continue to manage daily operations, Vintner said.
