(Boston) - Sonoma County, the birthplace of California wine, hosts the Sonoma Wine Country Weekend from Aug. 31 to Sept. 2, an event now in its fifth year. The weekend's co-producer, Maureen Cottingham, said the three-day event is "a world-class celebration of the vineyards, wines, cuisine, culture and characters that have made Sonoma County the ultimate wine country destination."
