(PressDemocrat) - Blackstone Winery in Kenwood was sold Monday by Constellation Brands to Stonecushion Inc., a company owned by Ken Wilson, a Constellation spokeswoman said. The acquisition is the most recent addition to the Wilson family’s holdings, which include Dry Creek zinfandel specialist Pezzi King Vineyards, which they acquired in March. The Blackstone sale included the winery production facility, but it did not include the brand, said Robert Nicholson, principal at International Wine Associates, which brokered the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
