(AZCentral) - Fountain Hills couple Curt Dunham and Peggy Fiandaca exemplify the continuing evolution of Arizona's wine industry. They own Partners for Strategic Action, a Fountain Hills-based firm that specializes in strategic planning for cities, counties and state governments. They also are wine connoisseurs and have shared that passion since meeting more than 20 years ago. "All the time that we have been together, all of our vacations and trips have been to the wine regions around the world," Fiandaca said. "We were so fascinated by the process of taking a grape stock, putting it into the ground, watching it grow and then turning it into this incredible bottle of wine, while never thinking of going into the business."
