(Novinite) - The Bulgarian tourist industry must be a flagman of local winemaking, according to Bulgarian President, Rosen Plevneliev. The Head of State met Tuesday, on the day of the traditional Bulgarian celebration - the feast of St. Trifon Zarezan, the patron of vine growing and wine producing, with representatives of 20 winemaking companies. He noted that the local wine industry had marked significant effort and success in the last 20 years, and the tasty food and good wine contribute to the profitable present and future of the country's resorts.
