Albas, 35, says his quarter-century of training helped him ignore distractions and heckling to zero in on objectives like the passage of Bill C-311, a private member’s bill with all-party support that would exempt wine from a prohibition-era ban on interprovincial movement in liquor without the authorization of provincial liquor commissions.
