(Chicagotribune) - Ken Pelletier to help bring New York concept to West Loop. New York hipsters know the name Michael Dorf. By the end of 2012, in-the-know Chicagoans will too. Dorf founded New York's celebrated, bohemian concert venue, the Knitting Factory, in the mid-1980s. He resigned in 2002 and sold his stake in the business.A few years later he started New York's City Winery. The winery's second outpost will open, in Chicago, by midyear.
