US: N.Y. wineries report increase in sales, vineyard visits

While much of New York's economy in struggling, vintners in the Hudson Valley say business is increasing, thanks to tasting rooms and increased quality, but there is room for more growth. The industry generates $3.75 billion in annual economic activity, including employment, tourism, new investment and sales revenues, according to figures from the New York Wine & Grape Foundation.
