Canada: B.C. winemakers looking ahead for future employment needs

British Columbia winemakers are working to pinpoint what skills and training will be needed to meet future employment demands for their expanding industry. A $140,000 study, funded by the federal and provincial governments, is developing a comprehensive human resources strategy led by HortEducation B.C. and its wine and grape industry partners. Work started last month and runs until March 2012.
