Lot18 launched its wine flash sales site in November with six people and has since taken off, now boasting 350,000 registered users and 80 employees. The New York-based company sources high-quality wines direct from producers at a discount through its staffers who are based in wine centers such as Napa Valley in California. Lo18 has already expanded from U.S. wines to international wines.
