The coffee giant Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ:SBUX) is going to offer beer and wine in its new store in Portland, which will be opened on 13th June. This is the first coffee store to offer beer and wine in Portland, though the company offers it in three stores in Seattle.Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ:SBUX) regional director Andrea Streedain said, “We do know that 75-percent of our customers do come in before 2 p.m., so for us, this is a great way to expand into the afternoon and evening day part. It will very much capture the industrial feel of the Pearl District and that warehouse feel”.
