1855 announced today that it completed the acquisition of ChateauOnline, the pioneer of Internet wine sales in France and Europe, for an amount which was not disclosed. It is known however that in 1855 acquired control of ChateauOnline with CL Financial Group, presented as “one of the largest private conglomerate based in Trinidad, the Caribbean. ”
