FLASQ, a product of St. Helena, Calif.-based JT Wines, has become the first domestic wine to be sold in quick-chilling, 100 percent recyclable aluminum bottles. Now en route to wine retailers, sports venues, resorts, and restaurants across 20 states, FLASQ’s Chardonnay and Merlot varietals are being packaged in 375-ml “demi” aluminum bottles supplied by Exal Corporation. JT Wines says it is gearing FLASQ to “Millennials, Generation Xers, and Baby Boomers with active lifestyles who desire convenient and portable packaging—all with a modern flair.”
