Gov. Bob Mcdonnell is ringing in the new year with some new initiatives and Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry Todd Haymore announced those plans Friday. Haymore says that promoting the wine industry in Virginia is one of McDonnell's top initiatives in 2011. Curt and Jackie Hartman are getting ready to open up their new winery in Bridgewater.
