Corbett backs privatizing state's liquor, wine sales

Oct 21, 2010

HARRISBURG -- Attempting a historic change in the way Pennsylvania sells liquor and wine, Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Corbett proposes to end the state's monopoly and allow sales at private stores. But neither of those governors served at a time when the state deficit is expected to top $4 billion.
