DREXEL HILL, Pa. — Pennsylvania's third wine vending kiosk will open Saturday at a Fresh Grocer supermarket in Drexel Hill, just outside Philadelphia. The Liquor Control Board said Friday sales of 40 different products will be available at the store on State Road, at $6 to $40 a bottle. The first two were pilot operations at supermarkets in the Harrisburg suburbs, and since late June they have sold more than 7,400 bottles. Officials said the machines have been safe and reliable
