WASHINGTON - A few years ago, frustrated with Boise's beer selection, Rick Boyd decided that if no one else was going to offer the sort of specialty brews he wanted, he would start selling them himself. Less than two years later, Boyd has a small-town beer empire, with 600 beers on his website, a store in Meridian and plans to franchise Brewforia Beer Markets in Boise, Montana, Washington state and beyond.
