(SFChronicle) - It’s a crisp, sunny morning on Spring Mountain in Calistoga when Sarah McCrea and Chris Hall, the progeny of two important Napa Valley estates, come together to discuss an event that will forever change both of their families’ lives. The Hall family’s winery, Long Meadow Ranch, has agreed to buy the McCrea family’s winery, Stony Hill Vineyard.
