(TDB) - A New York brewery has halted production of its Beyoncé-inspired German pilsner ‘Bieryonce’ after receiving a cease and desist letter from the superstar’s lawyers.

Brooklyn’s Lineup Brewing created the brew after its owner and master brewer, Katarina Martinez, missed one of Beyonce’s concerts despite having tickets for the show.

Lineup Brewing introduced Bieryonce, during a limited run in October 2016, and because it was so popular relaunched it in November.

The beer can has the same lettering as Beyoncé’s 2013 self title album and had been available in select New York stores.
