University Outlines Vineyard Return

(Wines&Vines) - A recent study from the University of California Agriculture Issues Center details the costs incurred to establish and operate a wine grape vineyard in the Northern San Joaquin Valley. Growers and extension advisors were among the sources providing data that was used to evaluate a hypothetical 200-acre property planted to Cabernet Sauvignon in District 11 (San Joaquin and Sacramento counties).
