This innovative gadget can aerate over 200 full bottles of wine on a single charge
Oct 11, 2016
(BI) - You may be content with simply uncorking and pouring wine out of your bottle, but there's an easy extra step you can take to significantly improve your vino.
It's called aeration, which is a fancy word that describes the process of exposing your wine to air so it can oxidize and evaporate. If you've ever revisited a partially consumed bottle after opening, you know that too much oxidation and evaporation can spoil your wine. But just the right amount can boost its flavors significantly.
A simple Google search will show you that there are tons of aerators out there. Curious to find the best, easy-to-use one on the market, though, we asked Logan Lee, CEO and co-founder of wine-subscription service Wine Awesomeness for his recommendation.
