The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will begin testing wine kiosks at Wegmans Food Market on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg and at Giant® Food Store on Linglestown Road, Harrisburg. The wine kiosks allow consumers who meet preset requirements to purchase a bottle of wine from a self-service kiosk.
