2021 Pinot Noir “Curious”. This is an outstanding, high-end Pinot with a flavor profile of rich opulence, charm, rose perfume, pure fruit, tea leaf, clove, and a touch of earth. The taste is dry and stable (not fruity), with the grapes hand-picked and 100% whole cluster pressed. The region of production is the Southernmost tip of Petaluma Gap AVA.
