Science “Wine Snobs”
Alton Brown, celebrity chef and host of Food Network shows "Good Eats" and "Cutthroat Kitchen," has made a career out of explaining scientific concepts to his audience in a simple way. He recently came to Indianapolis to entertain a crowd of chemists and help celebrate the 90th anniversary of Chemical & Engineering News (the weekly newsmagazine of the American Chemical Society). While there, he stopped by our studio to chat about why science is so hard for some to communicate.
